Vegetarians are more likey to be depressed, according to the experts.

The researchers have explained that people who are vegetarian, when compared with non-vegetarians, were twice as likely to take prescription drugs for mental illness and nearly two to three times as likely to commit suicide according to the research.


Non-vegetarians, meat eaters are likely to suffer less with depression, anxiety, self harm and many other problems.

We are not saying everyone but many of the vegetarians are at higher risk of depression, anxiety, self harm and other health issues.

But according to a lot of non-vegetarians and vegetarians, anyone can suffer with depression, anxiety, self harm and some other mental health issues.

It is true that your diet plays a very important part in your life. And you must have heard "You are what you eat".

But vegetarians and vegans can also be mentally happy and healthy and non-vegetarians, meat eaters may suffer with depression, anxiety, etc everyday.

And if you are unhappy with life, well, in that case, it doesn`t matter what you eat, you will always be depressed and sad.
