- Talk with your friends or colleagues when you are free. Spend some time with them. Talk about whatever you want just avoid back bitching at work.
- Take help. If something is really disturbing you at work and it is taking away your mental peace then please share your feelings with others. Talk to your friends or someone close to you about your problems. You will get some help for sure by sharing your feelings with others.
- Keep focusing on your work. You have to secure your present and future. You have to earn for your family and yourself. And you can only earn if you work. So just forget everything else and focus on your work. Give your 100%, impress your boss and work like a pro.
- Talk with your boss or your friends if there`s something at work that you don`t understand. If you need help to understand your work/job properly, just ask for help. Don`t hesitate. Just like a student asks his teacher a lot of questions to understand and clear their doubts. Just ask questions to your boss and your colleagues or friends. Take help.
- If your co-worker is the reason behind your stress. Or if you are mentally disturbed at work because of your co-worker or co-workers. Don`t give them attention. Don`t even look at them. As i said before, it is not a picnic garden or your home. So just focus on your work and keep yourself busy. Avoid them as much as you can. And if things are getting worse then talk to your boss directly about this.
- If nothing works at all. Or your boss, your colleagues or you work is disturbing you mentally at work and taking away your peace. Then please apply for a new job. Take help, search online and just apply for a new job.
- Important Tip - If you are new at your work. Always try to focus on your work only. Talk with people nicely and never share your personal things like family issues or love life or anything that is personal. Talk with them about work or talk jut normally. Avoid making enemies at work. Be nice (not a saint) and be reserved at work. Talk to people for sometime and go back to work. Avoid everything that can harm your mental health.

- Support each other at work. Be nice to your colleagues. Help them with their work.
- Talk nicely with others. You never know what they are going through or what problems they are facing in their life so be nice to others.
- No back bitching. Never ever talk bad about your boss or your other colleagues with your friends at work. It can backfire.
- Spread happiness at work. Whenever you are free. Just enjoy your free time. Eat, joke and laugh. But don`t make fun of others.
- Support and help others at work. Help them with their work. If you think they need help to understand something at work. Be the first one to help them.
- If you see that someone is depressed or stressed about something at work. Just go and talk with the. They need your support. Tell them that everything will be alright. Ask them what is troubling them and help them or take someone else`s help to help them out.
