 You don`t have to kill your body by doing wrong exercises and lifting heavy weights even when you can`t. Do easy exercises, not heavy exercise, do it one or twice a day, according to your capability of doing exercise.Push ups, Squats, Bridges, Knee to chest, cycling, scissors etc.
