There’s no magic formula for how many steps, miles, or hours you have to walk to lose the amount of weight that you want. Starting out, the key is to do more than you’re doing now. 

If you are walking 1000 steps today, try to walk 2000 to 3000 steps the second day. Increase your walking steps day by day.

Even if you are doing a sitting job or a standing job, you will have to take out some time for yourself and walk if you want to lose weight.

Walking right after finishing your dinner or an early morning walk or a day time walk. Do whatever suits you.

A lot has been said about getting a baseline of about 10,000 steps a day for losing weight.

If you can`t walk fast or can`t walk too much because of some health or medical condition. It is okay. You can walk slow and walk as much as you can.

Never force yourself to walk fast and walk like 10,000 steps a day if you can`t.

Try your best to avoid Too much salty, sweet and oily food. Eat health and try to do some exercise everyday.
