1. Cough Honey, Honey is very famous and is known as natural cough suppressant.
It is effective and also proven that honey helps you to get rid of your coughing.

Taking 2 tablespoons of honey 20 to 30 minutes before bed can lessen the severity and frequency of  nighttime coughing caused by allergy or a cold.

2. Nausea : Add some chopped fresh ginger with lemon into hot water and drink it. It will help you in getting rid of nausea.

3. Fever : Powder of Ajwain also known as Bishop`s weed. 1 tablespoon to be taken with luke warm water twice a day is very helpful in case of shivering along with fever.

You can add a pinch of white or black salt into your ajwain (Bishop`s weed) for good taste.

Taking ajwain (Bishop`s weed) with or without a little amount of salt, also helps you with gasteric or indigestion problem.

4. Common Cold : 5 to 6 grams of garlic with equal quantity of jaggery pounded together can be taken at bedtime for relief.

5. Toothache : A soft massage with a powdered black pepper on the affected are (teeth) and gums can relieve your toothache.

Juice of ginger with honey mixed in it can also be applied on the affected area (teeth or gums) for fast relief.
