  • Watch your weight - If you are overweight, you should lose weight because a fat belly and being overweight can put stress on your back muscle and cause you pain.
  • Back belt for back pain - You can buy a back belt for back pain from the medical store, wear it on your lower back for at least 2 to 3 days. when you are going somewhere or doing something, even if you are at home. Back belts for back pain are very useful.
